The road-legal Komodo — full motorcycle registration class, but 14 kW peak against the off-road version’s 32 kW.

At a glance

  • Australian price not published separately — the distributor lists one Komodo TL6000 at $9,000 RRP without distinguishing the variants
  • Peak power 14 kW (7.5 kW nominal)
  • Top speed 95 km/h
  • Weight 100 kg
  • Road registrable Yes — listed as L3e

This is not the off-road Komodo with a speed limiter. The L3e runs 7.5 kW nominal and 14 kW peak against the MX version’s 8.6 kW and 32 kW, tops out at 95 km/h rather than 105, and carries a slightly smaller 43.2 Ah pack. It gains a 240 kg maximum load and loses 5 mm of ground clearance. L3e is the European homologation class for full motorcycle registration, a step above the moped-class L1e used on the Sting Pro — but the distributor catalogue makes no ADR statement, so registration in Australia should be confirmed with the seller before buying.
